Born here. Built here. Rooted here.
A Maine-based marketing studio built on good stories, local perspective, and a love for this stretch of the New England coast.
THE SALTIE STORY
It started with a love of telling stories.
Born in New Hampshire and now based in Kennebunk, Danielle founded Saltie with social media management at its heart.
What began with strategy, captions, and day-to-day management grew naturally into a full creative marketing studio—content, strategy, email, design, and the close-in support local businesses actually need.
A SALTIE NEW ENGLANDER
We know this place because we live it.
We know roadside stands, regular orders, familiar faces, changing seasons, summer crowds, and the quiet months. We know the places visitors find and the places locals keep close.
Not the postcard version. The lived-in one.
THE WOMEN BEHIND SALTIE
THE STRATEGY + THE STORY
Danielle leads creative direction, marketing strategy, social management, writing, and content creation.
Founder • Marketing Strategist • Content Creator
Danielle Miles
Good marketing shouldn't make a business feel like somebody else. It should make it feel more like itself.

Two shooters. Two perspectives. One story.
HOW WE WORK
Small studio.
Very involved.
We learn names. We notice changes. We know what’s coming. We text ideas. For retainer clients, we become an extension of the team.
No giant agency handoff. Just us.
WHAT SALTIE MEANS
SALTIE
/ salt-ee
Someone shaped by life near the New England coast.
A little weathered. Resourceful. Happiest near water. Strong coffee opinions. Always rooting for local. New Englander through + through.
More than a marketing studio.
SALTIE isn't just where we're from. It's a way of seeing the place we're lucky enough to call home.
